Context & Audience: Frontline manufacturing and maintenance staff across multiple sites.

What we built: A blended program combining facilitator-led workshops with companion eLearning in Storyline and Rise, plus facilitator guides, slide decks, and printable job aids.

Our role: Analysis, curriculum mapping, ILT design, eLearning development, and facilitator materials.

Tooling: Storyline, Rise, slide templates, facilitator/participant guides.

Online Course Development: Higher-Ed Services Provider

Context & Audience: Graduate and undergraduate learners in fully online programs.

What we built: Complete course shells aligned to program outcomes—weekly modules, multimedia lessons, authentic assessments, rubrics, and pacing plans.

My role: Curriculum design, blueprinting with faculty SMEs, build-out in the institution’s LMS, QA against accessibility and policy checklists.

Tooling: LMS-native authoring, multimedia scripting, accessibility QA.

Highlights:

  • Outcome-first design with measurable, rubric-aligned assignments.

  • Diverse assessment mix (case work, discussions, projects, reflections).

Field Operations Enablement: National Telecom

Context & Audience: Field technicians and first-line leaders responsible for installs, service, and safety.

What we built: Onboarding and update modules, VILT sessions, reference job aids, and supervisor coaching guides to reinforce field performance.

Our role: End-to-end ID/dev with ops stakeholders; packaged content for LMS rollout.

Tooling: eLearning authoring, VILT facilitation assets, PDF job aids.

Context & Audience: Operations, customer service, and support functions undergoing change.

What we delivered: A comprehensive learning needs analysis: stakeholder interviews, task/skill mapping, gap analysis, and a phased L&D roadmap from quick wins to scalable programs.

Our role: Performance consulting, data synthesis, recommendation design, and executive-ready reporting.

Artifacts: Findings deck, role profiles, draft curricula, pilot plan.

Highlights:

  • Identified critical skill gaps by role and mapped training to measurable tasks.

  • Prioritized interventions with resourcing estimates and success criteria.

Context & Audience: K–12 teachers and instructional coaches needing bite-sized, practice-ready PD.

What we built: A multi-course eLearning catalog in Articulate Storyline with branching scenarios, job-embedded practice, knowledge checks, and SCORM packaging for LMS delivery.

Our role: End-to-end instructional design and development (needs scan → design → build → QA → launch).

Tooling: Storyline, narration scripting, rapid QA templates, SCORM 1.2/2004.

Highlights:

  • Converted dense pedagogy into interactive, classroom-authentic scenarios.

  • Included downloadable classroom tools and reflection prompts to drive transfer.

Context & Audience: Teachers and students across multiple grade bands and subjects.

What we built: Standards-aligned curriculum units with teacher guides, pacing, formative checks, and student materials—grounded in UDL principles.

My role: Curriculum architecture, lesson design, assessment item writing, and review cycles with academic leads.

Tooling: Document templates, slide kits, assessment blueprints.

Safety & Skills Training — Aviation Sports Business

Context & Audience: New and advancing pilots needing safe, repeatable technique.

What we built: Modular safety microlearning with video scripts, pre-flight and equipment checklists, practice logs, and short eLearning refreshers.

Our role: End-to-end design and development, aligning with instructor methods and safety guidance.

Tooling: Scriptwriting, light video production planning, eLearning snippets, PDFs.

Highlights:

  • Pre-/post-flight routines turned into printable checklist cards.
